The BIM Specialist Senior will be responsible for coordinating BIM projects, ensuring accurate Building Information Modeling (BIM), managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) integrations, and overseeing submittals. With experience in lighting design for U.S.-based projects. This is a remote position requiring excellent spoken and written English and proven proficiency in Revit workflows. You will work closely with our design team to model, coordinate, and document lighting layouts and architectural elements.QualificationsBIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) skillsArchitectural design and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) knowledgeExperience managing project submittalsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in 3D rendering and design software is a plusExcellent communication skills in spoken and written EnglishReliable computer and internet for remote collaborationExperience in lighting design and fixture placement workflows
