Bioprocess Engineer (w/m/d) Location: Visp, SwitzerlandDuration: 02/02/2026 to 30/11/2026 Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the correct execution of production campaigns in accordance with cGMP guidelines.Preparation and review of risk analyses and implementation of resulting measures.Ensuring batch execution, evaluation of test results, troubleshooting issues, resolving equipment malfunctions, and providing solution proposals.Complete documentation of processes and process know-how, as well as full GMP documentation.Continuous improvement of processes, equipment, and workflows in collaboration with various project teams such as R&D, to increase process efficiency and optimize equipment utilization.Responsible for training employees on assigned products (campaign training), as well as co-responsibility for training employees on cross-project topics and in daily operations. Your profileYou hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree (University / University of Applied Sciences) in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Professional experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnological production, preferably in Operations.Fluent in English, German a plusUnderstanding of GMPStrong team and leadership skills, as well as excellent communication abilities.You work cross-functionally, in a structured and focused manner.Well-organized and open to new ideas and suggestions.Experience in Operations and knowledge of TrackWise a plus In Switzerland, for contract roles it is mandatory for the candidate to be a Swiss citizen or a European passport holder.SThree_Germany is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
