The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our discovery or translational science projects by conducting complex experiments, analyzing data, and contributing to our scientific objectives. Key Responsibilities: Conduct and optimize a variety of cell-based and molecular biology assays, including but not limited to: cell culture, cell proliferation, cell transfection, gene knockout, and Western blotting. Independently perform multicolor flow cytometry for sample analysis and cell sorting. Design and execute experiments based on current scientific literature and theoretical concepts. Collect, meticulously analyze, and summarize experimental data for reports, patent applications, and presentations. Clearly present research findings at project meetings and team discussions. Proactively identify technical or project-related challenges and communicate them effectively to the supervisor and team members. Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities to meet project timelines. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: A fresh PhD in Biology, Immunology, Oncology, or a closely related field OR a Master's degree with more than 3 years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience. Proven, extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and standard molecular biology techniques (cell proliferation, transfection, gene editing, Western blot). Strong, hands-on expertise in flow cytometry (panel design, sample preparation, acquisition, and data analysis using software like FlowJo). Ability to critically read, interpret, and apply findings from scientific literature. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. A responsible, meticulous, and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
