Job Description SummarySupport development of a portfolio of national or international companies for which the RM is the principal contact and adviser:Support RM and SB in brainstorming, bizcom memo and pitchAnalyze clients needs with RM.Prepare financial and business analysis to the Credit Committee in relation with DPM and Risk.Take care of KYC processFollow ops requirementMain Responsibilities:Business & Credit analysisBizCom documentation (financial analysis, business memo)Perform fundamental analysis in order to support the exposure requestCommunicate with credit risk department to better anticipate risk issuesSupport Relationship manager & Senior bankerPrepare marketing material, commercial action plan, client budget, client briefing memo, pitch bookManage follow up action plan with client and product teamsLead administrative tasks related to client onboardingKYC managementDay to day client needs with BO team Required Skills:Mandarin and EnglishWell structured, organized and systematicSolid analytical skillsElevated grammatical and excellent written communication skills: ability to draft memosAbility to cope with time pressure and work to deadlinesGood communicationGood understanding of banking activitiesAbility to be a good team playerGood knowledge and ability on Microsoft OfficeBachelor degree educationCFA and CPA (preferred)Credit analysis knowledge (corporate skills): ROE, RWA, financial statement
