With a commitment to developing capabilities and preparedness, we are at the forefront of protecting Queensland against biosecurity risks.As a Biosecurity Officer you will demonstrate technical emergency response capabilities enabling you to work in preparedness teams and on projects to help protect the Queensland biosecurity system. You will be responsible for independently undertaking clearly defined activities as part of a team to achieve effective and efficient delivery of the relevant preparedness plans.
