If you want to shape the future of payments, innovate and make an impact, join us to set up to The Platform.Description:About the RoleWe are looking for a BizOps professional to join our division headquarters and drive cross-organizational processes and strategic projects.In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end operational execution, supporting business decision-making, and ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day operations across multiple stakeholders. • Lead and promote cross-functional processes and projects within the division • Track and implement work plans and management decisions end-to-end, including measurement & control, and development of operational tools and dashboards • Analyze data and monitor budgets, resources, and business performance against targets • Manage procurement, accounting and collection-related operational processes • Collect, consolidate, and analyze business and analytical materials to support decision-making, including preparing presentations and reports • Identify, analyze, and resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies • Coordinate and synchronize between various teams within the division, while proactively working with multiple internal and external stakeholders • Provide operational support for division-wide processes such as risk management, information security, procedures, permissions, and the launch of new products and workflowsRequirements: • 3+ years of experience in BizOps / Operations roles • Bachelor’s degree • Strong analytical and project management skills, including experience with BI tools • High operational capabilities, strong prioritization skills, accuracy, and organizational ability • Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders, strong presentation and communication skills, including English proficiency • Highly independent, proactive, creative, and solution-oriented • Understanding of regulation and banking- an advantage • Previous experience in technological environments / FinTech- a significant advantage
