Team & Job Description The Renewable Energy & Marine Structures product line is responsible for the development and maintenance of engineering software for Sesam, Bladed and Nauticus Machinery. Bladed is an industry-wind turbine load calculation software that is widely used in the global wind power sector. We are looking for motivated Bladed technical support engineers with solid fan engineering knowledge to join our team. This position will focus on providing users with technical support for Bladed software, driving product development and optimizing customer experience. Core ResponsibilitiesProvide professional technical support to Bladed users around the world to solve complex engineering and software problemsConduct Bladed training (online/on-site) to help customers efficiently master the cutting-edge features of existing and new versions of productsServe as a key account technical manager: build long-term trust relationships to ensure product implementation and explore business growth opportunitiesSupport pre-sales activities:provide professional support such as technical demonstrations and solution planning, and collaborate with sales teams to win strategic contractsCreate and maintain an online self-service system (technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials)Analyze user feedback, refine implementable product requirements, and promote Bladed function upgradesParticipate in product research and development: demonstrate product engineering analysis capabilities and practical application value through modeling, testing, and verification Job requirements Prerequisites:Doctoral/Master's degree in a relevant specialtyAt least 3 years of experience in wind turbine engineering, proficient in at least one of the following areas: o Aerodynamics o Structural analysis o Fluid dynamics o Load simulationHands-on experience with Bladed or similar tools (OpenFAST/HAWC2, etc.).Fluent in English (technical documentation, presentation, etc.)Strong communication skills and good at explaining complex concepts in a simple way to different audiencesHave a sense of collaboration Priority Conditions:Python/C++/FORTRAN basic programming skillsBladed API Application Experience: o Automated setting of load conditions o Write user-defined controller/external load DLLs o Analysis of resultsFamiliarity with wind power industry standards (IEC/DNV) 胜任力特质技术极客精神：对工程难题充满热情，持续追踪行业技术前沿。客Customer success orientation: Result-oriented, good at transforming technical solutions into business value.Sustainability Belief: Deeply agree with the mission of renewable energy and practice DNV's quality and safety culture.Global Perspective: Aspire to grow rapidly in an international team and participate in the global energy revolution.
