IT Technical Analyst

Position Title : IT Technical AnalystLocation : ShanghaiExperience : 1–5 yearsReporting To ： Director, ITBP China & APAC IT Ops LeaderPosition OverviewAs an IT Technical Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions by designing, implementing, and maintaining BI/ AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into scalable data pipelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enabling data-driven decision-making.Core Responsibilities BI/AI Solution Development & Maintenance Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.Develop and optimize data pipeline and transformation for BI reporting, ML and predictive analytics.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Ensure data integrity and consistency across BI platforms.Collaborate with AI COE to implement and deploy AI solutions.Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and trends.Business Analysis & Technical Translation Analyze business requirements to design functional specifications and system architecture documentsLead system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) and to validate solutions against performance metrics (e.g., accuracy, response time, concurrency)System Operations & Support Monitor AI/BI system health, resolve incidents (e.g., data anomalies, performance bottlenecks), and provide Tier-2 on-call support.Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, runbooks, recovery protocols) to ensure knowledge continuity.Technology Optimization & Innovation Evaluate and integrate emerging tools to enhance system capabilitiesTechnical Skills1+ years of experience in data analytics tool development /data managementProficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languagesStrong knowledge of data integration, transformation analytics and visualization toolsSQL and data modeling expertiseExperience working with a variety of relational SQL and NoSQL databasesFamiliar with Snowflake or HDInsight platformUnderstanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principlesKnowledge of LLM and Generative AIExperience with machine learning frameworksFamiliar with Azure AI Foundry is a plusKnowledge of big data platform Spark, HDInsight is a plusExperience in Microsoft Power platform is a plusDomain knowledge of sales, service and financial is a plusSoft SkillsLanguage: Bilingual – Chinese & EnglishAnalytical Thinking : Decompose complex problems and design actionable solutions Communication : Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-team consensus Adaptability : Thrive in agile environments with evolving priorities and tight deadlines Education & Experience：Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, software engineer or related field.
