This position requires a strong blend of storytelling, keyword strategy, and analytical skills to ensure our brand stays visible and relevant in the competitive wellness and organics industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO and content strategy aligned with Mandla Organics’ marketing goals.Research trending topics in organic lifestyle, wellness, skincare, and sustainable agriculture.Write and edit engaging blog articles, web pages, and product descriptions that rank well on search engines.Conduct keyword research and SEO audits using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.Optimize on-page elements — titles, meta descriptions, internal linking, and alt text — for improved SEO performance.Collaborate with designers, social media managers, and e-commerce teams to align content with visual and marketing campaigns.Track and report on traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics, suggesting data-backed improvements.Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and organic ethos.QualificationsEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).2+ years of experience in content writing, blogging, or SEO (experience in the wellness/organics sector is an advantage).Skills & Competencies:Proven knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.Exceptional writing and editing skills with a creative yet informative tone.Familiarity with WordPress, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.Basic understanding of on-page and technical SEO principles.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects remotely.Passion for organic living, sustainability, and wellness.Compensation & Benefits Compensation:Monthly Retainer: USD 600 – 900, depending on experience and portfolio quality.Performance Bonus: Up to 10% quarterly bonus based on traffic growth and content engagement metrics.Paid Internet Allowance: Monthly stipend for remote work setup.
