Strategic Positioning and Account Acquisition Support with MoFA :

Provide strategic counsel and high-level stakeholder engagement to position BLS International as a credible and trusted partner, thereby creating a winning ground with the MoFA and facilitating the acquisition of new outsourcing contracts. Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify and profile key decision-makers within the political, ministerial, and bureaucratic ecosystem relevant to MoFA. Proactively engage these stakeholders to establish a credible and positive perception of BLS International. Opportunity Identification: Propose specific avenues for business development within the government contracting ecosystem that align with BLS International’s service portfolio. This includes intelligence gathering on upcoming RFPs and relevant diplomatic or administrative developments.

Government Liaison Facilitation: Arrange and facilitate formal and informal meetings between BLS International’s leadership and relevant government functionaries, ensuring structured agendas and post-meeting briefs. Communication Advisory: Provide strategic counsel and messaging support for BLS’s government engagement initiatives, including assistance with presentations, talking points, and whitepapers designed for Government officials and policymakers. Influence Strategy Support: Assist in developing ethical and compliant backchannel strategies to enhance BLS’s visibility and consideration in future public tenders, while ensuring alignment with laws and BLS International’s internal compliance framework. Retrospective Tender Analysis:

Conduct a structured review of past visa outsourcing tenders issued by MoFA, including interviews or discussions with former officials. Submit a written report outlining the reasons for BLS’s prior non-selection (if applicable) and identify any procedural bottlenecks or competitive biases. Activity Reporting: Submit a periodic activity report as directed detailing stakeholder engagements, meetings facilitated, market intelligence gathered, and recommendations for next steps. This report shall be reviewed and approved by BLS International as part of the contract’s monitoring and governance mechanism.
