Job Description

We are seeking for a Receptionist to join our Team in Reception Department. Responsibilities: Welcoming announcing and directing visitors, as per Company’s guidelines. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and supervise office access via the front desk by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Respond to in person requests, phone calls and e-mails providing relevant guidance and information. adding/editing information in company’s and government’s systems.

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including collaboration with other departments in order to ensure that pricing strategies align with overall business objectives. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties. Skills and Requirements: Professional attitude and attire. Well organized. Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team working environment. Able to perform under pressure. Customer service attitude. Fluent in English & Greek in both verbal and written. Self-Confident & Positive Attitude. Pleasant Personality.
