They are currently seeking a Network Administrator / IT Generalist (EU) to support day-to-day IT operations across their European offices, while also contributing to strategic global IT initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled and proactive professional to join a collaborative international team, supporting infrastructure, systems, and users in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The successful candidate will report to the Global Network Infrastructure Manager and work closely with IT and business leaders across both Europe and the US.

Job Profile for Network Administrator / IT GeneralistResponsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Support the Global Infrastructure Manager and IT Systems Engineer with daily activities and project implementationProvide tier-1 Help Desk support to the European employee base, extend support to global teams as neededCoordinate and implement information security measures, including installing security software, monitoring for breaches, and responding to cyber attacksPlan and coordinate tasks such as the installation and upgrading of hardware and softwareSupport and maintain network technologies including LAN, WAN, SDWANWork with leading network and cybersecurity tools such as Azure, VMWare, Cisco Meraki, VeloCloud, SentinelOne, Zscaler, CyberArk, and Rapid7Set up network and email accounts for new employees and revoke access for departing team membersPerform routine network backup activities as per defined plansManage regular maintenance of Windows and SQL serversKeep Infrastructure leadership informed about relevant upgrades or new products that could improve operational efficiencyMonitor warranties and service agreements, ensuring timely renewalsProvide IT operations support across European office locations, including Poland, Denmark, Belgium, and GermanyTravel to European offices on a scheduled, as-needed basisDeliver training and guidance to employees on optimal system and cybersecurity useRecommend training programs to address knowledge gaps and enhance IT proficiency among staffTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktop applications, hardware, and peripheralsAssist end users in preventing recurring application issues through coaching and trainingSupport other IS&T team members as neededAct as backup for the Infrastructure Engineer when requiredComplete assigned projects and additional tasks from the SrVP IS&T or Infrastructure ManagerPerform other duties as assignedCandidate Profile for Network Administrator / IT GeneralistMust be fluent in English, both written and spokenAssociate degree or technical certification in a related field.

Bachelor’s degree preferred3+ years of experience in IT network management, including relevant internship experienceProficiency in Windows Server, SQL Server, and Azure Active DirectoryStrong understanding of data management techniquesExperience with VMWare, vSphere, and managing virtual environmentsKnowledge of data security and disaster recovery systems and protocolsFamiliarity with a wide range of network systems, protocols, and applicationsExperience in LAN administration within a secure IT environmentWorking knowledge of endpoint protection, cloud security, VPNs, and privileged access managementUnderstanding of systems security protocols, policies, and best practicesAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical usersCapable of diagnosing technical problems and coordinating hardware and software solutionsStrong customer service orientationHighly detail-oriented and thoroughSelf-motivated and proactive
