In this role, you’ll create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered experiences across our healthcare technology products—transforming complex processes into simple, accessible solutions that directly improve patient care and fuel business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and company leadership. You’ll own the visual and interactive design of our digital platforms, playing a critical role in aligning user experience with our broader product strategy and business objectives. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive innovation and make meaningful contributions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You'll DoSupport and optimize the e-commerce and customer journey across all digital platforms (web and mobile), ensuring seamless, user-friendly experiencesCreate and manage user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma designs that reflect both user needs and business goalsTranslate designs into actionable development plans and collaborate directly with engineers to ensure smooth and accurate implementationConduct and assist in user research, usability testing, and QA testing to inform design decisions and ensure high-quality, cross-platform user experiencesContribute to and help maintain a centralized design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all productsCollaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather input, prioritize features, and support product strategy through design-driven insightsFacilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical team members to support alignment and timely deliveryOwn design documentation and specifications, and provide regular updates to product leadership on progress, findings, and areas for improvementQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in product design, preferably within healthcare technology or regulated industriesStrong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work across web and mobile applicationsProficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, with deep expertise in FigmaExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationaleExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile product environmentsFamiliarity with user research methodologies, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvementsWorking knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practicesBasic understanding of front-end development principles, capabilities, and limitationsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements as they relate to UI/UX design is a plusPerks100% company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision premium coverage, plus Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance401K with company match to secure your futurePaid time off and company-paid holidays to help you unwindEnjoy free daily lunch to keep you energized and focusedWe are looking for top talent that wants to make a measurable impact in an exciting, fast-paced environment in our Austin, TX office (fully onsite).
