We are looking for a passionate designer, someone who loves designing user-friendly, engaging mobile apps and web products. You will need to work closely with the product and engineering teams.Responsibilities Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off. Conduct design reviews along with other stakeholders. Participate in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance. Prioritise and manage work in a fast-paced environment. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a design agency or tech product company. Understanding of common UI/UX elements and when they are used. Pros and cons ofdifferent elements. Proficient in visual design tools ( such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision), associatedresearch and design process. Good eye for details and aesthetics : layout, grid systems, colour theory and typography. Knowledge of mobile design patterns and guidelines for Android, iOS and other mobileplatforms would be a plus. Ability to produce multiple UI concepts.
