Key Responsibilities1. Prospecting & Client DevelopmentIdentify and qualify prospects in key sectors:

pharmaceutical, clinical laboratories, compounding pharmacies, biotech, and medical device manufacturing. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, site visits, and product presentations (in-person or virtual). Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM with contact information, opportunity status, and follow-up actions. 2. Technical Product PresentationDevelop deep knowledge of Lyseon’s portfolio: mixers, particle size analyzers, lab furniture, and custom-engineered solutions. Deliver effective technical presentations and demonstrations to decision-makers. Translate technical features into clear benefits, including compliance, efficiency, workflow improvement, and ROI. 3. Sales Process ManagementAssess client needs and prepare tailored proposals and quotations.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure and follow-up. Collaborate with technical and engineering teams for installation and post-sale support. 4. Strategic Relationship BuildingRepresent Lyseon at trade shows, industry events, science fairs, and supplier trainings. Develop long-term partnerships with specialty pharmacies, university labs, private manufacturers, and distributors. Build and maintain a strong professional network within relevant sectors. 5. Reporting & Market IntelligenceSubmit weekly reports detailing activities, pipeline progress, wins, and obstacles. Share insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market developments. Propose ideas to enhance Lyseon’s strategy and competitive positioning. Ideal Candidate ProfileEducation:

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, medical technology, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in technical or B2B equipment sales, preferably in regulated industries. Skills: Excellent communication, self-driven, quick technical learner, and customer-oriented. Language: Fluent Spanish; intermediate to advanced English (for documentation and vendor communication). Other: Valid driver’s license, willingness to travel throughout Puerto Rico, comfortable with CRM and digital tools (Google Workspace, etc. ).
