Our client, an Investment Fund company based in Luxembourg, is looking for its future BMP Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Officer. At LHH Recruitment Solutions, we believe in talent, not labels, and embrace diversity and promote more inclusive employment to our clients and partners.Your ResponsabilitiesAssist in creating and implementing a system to monitor and report on our adherence to the Best Market Practices (BMPs).Examine the relevant European Union regulations to ensure our BMPs and internal controls are in line with legal requirements.Aid in transitioning BMPs and controls into a digital Governance-Risk-Compliance (GRC) tool called Mega Hopex.Participate in testing internal controls to evaluate their effectiveness.Your ProfileYou should have a degree from a university, ideally a master's degree, in fields like Business Administration, Compliance, Audit, or something similar.Additional professional or academic credentials in these areas will be a plus.You need at least three years of relevant work experience in non-financial risk or compliance roles, such as regulatory compliance or internal controls.Familiarity with using artificial intelligence tools is beneficial.Strong English skills, both spoken and written, are essential.
