As Area Manager you will use your experience within the customer journey of aftersales and through a close cooperation with our dealers and service partners who are in constant movement. You will develop the business with a holistic and customer centric mindset. You will always be looking for new business development areas and workshop processes to increase parts and accessories turnover and coach our partners through the constant market changes with electric and digital transformation. Perform the role of Key Account Manager and be the link between our dealers and our organization. Identify new opportunities to grow our business together with our partners. Contribute to assessing and improving our Premium Customer Experience, providing input and feedback. Support the launch and implementation of the digital customer journey. What should you bring along?Minimum 5 years of work experience, where at part of your experience comes from the car industry and/or aftersales. Preferable from an importer.
The confidence and communication skills to engage with dealers and its employees at all levels and other stakeholders in a constructive, collaborative manner. Strong leadership profile, preferable with experience from change management. Speak and write fluently Norwegian and English. A great understanding of financials through both theoretical and practical background. Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain structure and proactively drive initiatives.
