We are builders, we never run from a challenge, we are customer-centric, and if this sounds like you, we know you will thrive in our team.What's the opportunity?We are looking for a BNPL Manager (Buy Now Pay Later) to join our APM (Alternative Payment Methods) team and take full ownership of the day-to-day running of our BNPL portfolio across Latin America, Africa, and APAC. This person will be the operational backbone of our BNPL strategy — driving performance, monitoring provider SLAs, optimizing flows with Product, and constantly scanning the market for new BNPL opportunities and partners.What will I be doing?Act as the main operational point-of-contact for all BNPL providers and internal teamsOwn daily monitoring of performance, success rates, approval rates and partner relationsWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Data on optimizing BNPL flows end-to-endIdentify friction points and propose changes that improve conversion, speed, and reliabilityParticipate in design discussions for new features, capabilities related to BNPL Fuse and provider integrationsContinuously analyze BNPL markets in our regions to identify new providers, new models and new use casesSupport commercial teams with merchant-specific BNPL insights and feasibility assessmentsWhat skills do I need?3–5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, BNPL, merchant acquiring, or e-commerceStrong operational mindset: You enjoy creating dashboards, analyzing logs, and identifying the root causeAbility to work across Product, Engineering, Ops, Legal, and external partnersStrong understanding of digital payments and alternative payment methodsAnalytical, structured, and comfortable owning processes end-to-endSelf-starter, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentExcellent communication skills in English (Spanish/Portuguese is a plus)What do we offer?
