Your daily adventures will include:

Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retentionReview core metrics, form bonds with key partners and execute your supply, demand and investment strategiesCreating, optimizing or even removing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going in the futureTaking ownership over projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in New Zealand to the next levelAbout you:

You have 3+ years of experience in Operations, Startup or other relevant organizations, ideally with experience in analytic tasksYou are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in EnglishYou are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if neededYou have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficientlyYou thrive in a fast-paced environmentYou are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growthExperience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
