Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malé, for a Booking and Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities include managing client bookings, providing personalized travel recommendations, assisting clients with itinerary planning, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The individual will also focus on building strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, handling reservations, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams on promotional strategies and assist with administrative tasks related to bookings. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsExperience in sales, client relations, or account managementKnowledge of booking systems and reservation processesOrganizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectivelyExperience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is advantageousProficiency in English, both spoken and written; fluency in additional languages is a plusProblem-solving abilities and proactive approach to addressing client needsKnowledge of Maldivian tourism and local attractions is preferred
