Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuramathi, Maldives, for a Learning & Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include designing, coordinating, and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and development. The role involves collaborating with department heads to identify training needs, conducting workshops and developmental activities, and ensuring compliance with organizational HR policies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth among the staff of Kuramathi Maldives. QualificationsMaldivian NationalsProficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR)Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR PoliciesDemonstrated ability to design and implement training and development programsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively on-site and build collaborative relationshipsPrior experience in the hospitality or tourism sector is an advantageRelevant certifications or degrees in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related fieldFluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus
