About The Job DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCESGeneral RequirementsDegree or MBA in Human Resource with minimum 5 years of experience as Head of HRInternational work experience is an added advantageTrained in Job Evaluation and Project ManagementExcellent Communication and People Management skillsStrong Leadership and Interpersonal skillsProficient with MS OfficeJob SpecificationCreate HR philosophy and culture based on mission, vision and values and conduct related programsReview, research and draft/update the policies based on best practice, in line with the culture and strategy of the companyAnalyze relevant legislative and regulatory matters and keep up-to-date with Government policiesWork across the hospital with Division Heads & HODs to determine hiring needsManages the Company-wide committees including their wellness, grievance handling, environmental, health and safetyPerform investigation on various employee complaints, grievances and resolve all issues in an efficient mannerManage complete cycle of expatriates visas and work permits of new hires and the renewal of visas and work permits of current team membersManage employment contracts, residency permits, and work permits and oversee the management of visa applications and public relations with various Government entitiesResponsible for monthly payroll management, full & final settlement of staffResponsible for driving performance culture in the organizationManages the implementation of the Performance Management SystemCreate and foster a continuous learning environment that challenges and engages our workforceDesign Learning & Development practices, including the development of internal training programsEnsure legal compliance throughout the off boarding processMaintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity at all timesOversee and manages the overall function in Human Resource
