You will report to the Group Director of Human Resources and be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated talent strategies to attract high-calibre candidates who embody our core values of Playful, Smart, Responsible, Human, Rooted.Key Focus Areas:Executive Search and Sourcing: Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior and specialized hospitality roles, leveraging your headhunting expertise to build robust talent pipelines.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an innovative, data-driven Talent Acquisition strategy that meets our current and future workforce needs in the highly competitive resort market.Employer Branding: Champion the Pulse Hotels and Resorts employer brand, ensuring we are the employer of choice for luxury hospitality professionals globally.Process Excellence: Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring a seamless and exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to Department Heads, coaching them on best-in-class interviewing and selection techniques.What We're Looking For: Your ProfileEssential Experience:A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years specifically gained within an Executive Search firm or as a dedicated Headhunter.Proven track record of success recruiting high-level and specialist roles within the luxury hospitality, resort, or F&B sectors in a multi-property or international environment.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Demonstrable expertise in digital sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, passive candidate engagement).Exceptional skills in competency-based interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.Strong understanding of international recruitment, including familiarity with work permit and visa processes.Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.Why Join Pulse Hotels and Resorts?Exceptional Location: Work in the beautiful setting of the Maldives, an aspirational destination.Growth Opportunity: Join a dynamic and expanding group where your contributions have a visible impact on the business.Competitive Package: We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and career development opportunities.Ready to bring your executive search expertise to paradise?
