In this role, you will support the HR department in ensuring smooth HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance with local labor laws. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and HR process management, contributing to an outstanding work environment for all team members.💼 What You’ll DoAssist in HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with Maldivian Labour Law and internal HR policies.Support work permit processing and payroll administration.Maintain accurate HR records, documentation, and reports.Utilize HR systems such as HR Fusion, XPAT, and MS Office to streamline HR processes.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Participate in special projects and initiatives assigned by management.Promote positive employee engagement and team development activities.Provide guidance and support to managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the HR department and across other departments.✔️ What We’re Looking ForStrong knowledge of Maldivian Labour Law.Experience with work permit processing and payroll administration is an advantage.Familiarity with HR Fusion, XPAT system, and MS applications is preferred.Excellent command of written and spoken English and Dhivehi.Exceptional administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset.Positive, professional attitude and team-oriented personality.Creativity and initiative to improve HR processes and employee experiences.Ability to work independently and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment.High attention to detail and accuracy.🌟 Why RIU Hotels & Resorts?Your Growth is Our Priority: At RIU Hotels & Resorts, we believe in nurturing talent from within.
