We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!Your MissionTo manage daily office operations, including administrative tasks like managing supplies, answering phones, and maintaining files, while also handling core bookkeeping responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. This combined role requires a blend of organizational and detailed financial skills, often utilizing accounting software to ensure accurate financial records, process payroll, and support the overall smooth functioning of the business.ResponsibilitiesOffice Management:Oversee general office operations and maintain a tidy, organized workspaceManage office supplies and equipment, ensuring necessary items are stocked and repairs are handledHandle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence, including phone calls and emailsGreet customers and visitors, providing a positive first impressionBookkeeping & FinanceRecord, classify, and update numerical data in the company's financial recordsProcess and manage accounts payable and accounts receivablePerform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bookkeeping ledgersManage payroll processing and related tax filingsPrepare and generate financial reports and assist with budgetingEnsure timely payments for bills and invoicesAssist with the preparation of tax forms and financial statementsRequirementsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteOrganizational SkillsStrong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain meticulous recordsFinancial AcumenSolid understanding of bookkeeping principles, with experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reportingLanguage SkillsStrong business Japanese; strong business EnglishHR ExperienceExperience in managing HR tasks for a small officeCommunication & Customer ServiceExcellent skills for handling internal and external inquiries, providing attentive serviceAttention To DetailAccuracy in data entry, calculations, and financial record-keeping is crucialBenefitsNuvei is an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates collaboration and innovation and is committed to developing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
