Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks Online (Xero preferred). Sound understanding of Australian GST, BAS, PAYG, and superannuation obligations. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; strong attention to numerical accuracy. Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal. Strong time management, ability to work independently, and attention to detail. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (preferred). Previous experience supporting clients in Australia or other Western markets advantageous.
