Job Title: Book-Keeper - 3 days per week, days flexibleSalary: €40 - €45k pro rataJob Type: Permanent Location: Dundalk, Co. Louth Ref: S011838Our client is now seeking a part-time Book-keeper. This role will require an individual who is confident in bringing accounts to Trial Balance stage. No payroll involved.Requirements:Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance level.Handling all accounts payablePreparing tax/VAT returns Dealing with client queriesDebtor Control and Credit Control is an essential part of the roleAd hoc responsibilitiesKey Duties & Responsibilities:Must have accounting experience gained in a small/medium business ideally 2-3 years Irish experience preferredFluent English with excellent oral and written communication skillsComfortable dealing with customers directly in relation to debtors and credit controlExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly organised and ability to manage and meet all deadlinesSelf-motivated and capable of recommending improvements in internal processesAbility to work alone and as part of a small teamExcellent skills in the use of accounts & office software - Excel and Sage preferably.If you have the relevant qualifications and experience and are interested in this position, please apply now and we will be in contact if you are suitable.If you are living in Ireland and hold a VALID WORK PERMIT, please feel free to contact us directly.
