Works with departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.QualificationsProficient in QuickBooks (Desktop/Online) — job costing, billing, reconciliationExperience in Construction Accounting — cost tracking, subcontractors, retainageStrong grasp of financial statements and GAAPSkilled in bookkeeping, A/P, A/R, payroll, and journal entriesExcellent organization, accuracy, and communicationProficient with Excel and cloud accounting toolsDegree in Accounting/Finance preferred; certifications a plusConstruction industry experience highly valued
