IATA operates over 50 offices and 7 regional offices across the world.We are embarking on a continuous improvement and digital transformation journey. The BORA (meaning “better” in Swahili) program aims at delivering a new ERP solution for IATA that will enable Corporate Services to deliver on their fiduciary responsibilities as well as deliver more value to the business.The BORA Senior Manager, Business Process (Order-to-Cash) will focus end-to-end on identifying areas to standardise, proposing improved processes, data flows & functional solutions, identifying transformational changes, barriers to change, getting acceptance, documenting, implementing and effectively engaging key stakeholders to adopt the practices, new processes and ways-of-working.The role will report to the BORA Transformation Lead who reports directly to the CFO.What Your Day Would Be Like Evaluate existing end-to-end OTC processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and improvement opportunities across global operations Design and propose optimized end-to-end OTC processes and functional ERP solutions (contracts, quotes, orders, billing, collections) leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase business value. Secure stakeholder alignment by partnering with GPOs, Finance, Business Lines, Information & Data and other impacted departments to gain buy-in and support for proposed changes. Ensure adherence to standard ERP processes while delivering on key BORA ambition capabilities: e.g., automated data integration and validation, intelligent receivables automation, AR self-service, and contract & quote management as defined in the CS Ambition for BORA. Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into detailed ERP configuration specifications and integration interfaces, collaborating with Information & Data (I&D) Department and the system integrator. Ensure future-state processes are clearly and accurately documented to support system implementation, training, and ongoing adoption. Oversee implementation of new processes and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing upstream systems (e.g., Salesforce & Legal Portal) and workflows. Lead the transformation journey by delivering training, coaching staff, and facilitating change management to ensure successful end-user adoption. Partner with existing BAU projects to deliver continuous-improvement quick wins and process enhancements ahead of BORA execution and recommend ongoing optimizations. Monitor performance against defined KPIs (e.g., DSO, invoice accuracy, integration success) and participate in governance forums to report progress to the BORA Transformation Lead. We would love to hear from you if you have: 10+ years of relevant experience delivering ERP-enabled OTC transformations and CI initiatives Strong proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) & process-modelling tools Hands-on expertise translating business requirements into standardized ERP solutions Analytical mindset to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and develop effective, scalable solutions Curiosity about digitalization and automation trends (e.g., RPA, AI, AR self-service). Proven experience securing stakeholder buy-in and in change leadership. Excellent communication skills for crafting documentation, training, and leading workshops. Fluency in English is mandatory.
