About the role: Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems across Bosta locations, especiallyinside our hubs.
This role supports the IT and Security teams by making sure all cameras and relatedequipment are working correctly. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with installingcameras, basic troubleshooting, and the ability to follow layout plans and technical instructions provided bysenior staff. Key Responsibilities:
Install CCTV cameras and related hardware as per the provided layout and instructionsAssist in planning and setting up camera layouts inside Bosta hubs to ensure full coverageConfigure basic settings for NVRs/DVRs and IP camerasPerform regular checks to make sure all systems are working properly Troubleshoot simple issues like video feed problems or connection errors Work with vendors or senior technicians for advanced issues or replacements Follow up on maintenance tasks and keep clear records of issues and solutions Help with cabling, mounting equipment, and supporting on-site installations Maintain documentation of installed cameras and configurationsQualifications:
Basic understanding of CCTV systems and installation techniquesHands-on experience with installing and maintaining cameras and related equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work well in a team and communicate clearlyComfortable with fieldwork, including using tools and working at heightsTechnical diploma or relevant degree (e. g. , Electronics, Computer Engineering)0–2 years of experience in CCTV installation or similar technical roles
