The Boucheron style, free and daring, never ceases to invent the classics of tomorrow.Job DescriptionAs Logistic Coordinator, you will play a key role in preparing orders and delivery, managing inventory, maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficient operations, as well as coordinating after-sales requests.Reporting to the Finance manager you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics flows and process attached to support Boucheron growth in the ME.YOUR MISSIONS:Import-Export:Coordinate importation and exportation for all merchandise between France and UAEPrepare Drawbacks for eligible merchandiseRecord &  track all High Jewelry / Fine Jewelry temporary importsShipment tracking from French central stock to storesLiaise with team import / export in Paris for product movementFurther develop import / export flow with local stakeholdersOversee documentation requirements (certificate of origin, technical sheets, quality certificate …)Redact and update relevant brand processAct as key point of contact for any questions related to logisticInventory Management:Support Finance Manager with periodic inventory control and reconciliations.Ensure full traceability of goods and compliance with system records.Implement control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and damage at country level.Generate reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory movementsUse of ERP, including posting stock entries in the system when required (e.g., gifts, staff consignments, PR, etc.)Stock Administration:Maintain accurate records of orders, receipts, and proofs of deliveryAssist shop-to-shop transfers between local stores when neededManage local and transfers to France, coordinating with freight careers, local authorities and commercial teams.Coordinate returns (end of season, commercial, or defective items) including pick-up, consolidation and documentation.After-sales coordination:Coordinate UAE requests and liaise with our central workshopsCoordinate aftersales service functions: shipments to France or local repair centersTrack and log all information to Repair FileOperational Support:Act as operational support with ME teamFacilitate operations coordination within Dubaï officeCoordination with HQ logistic and security teamsQualifications and Skills:3+ years of experience in import export and logistic managementPrevious experience in inventory management, stock administration, or related roles, preferably in retail or jewelry industry.Proficiency in inventory management software, spreadsheet applications, and basic accounting principles.Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and documenting inventory data.Fluent English mandatory (speaking & writing)Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
