Our operations and program teams are the backbone of our ability to scale efficiently and serve millions of customers across India and beyond.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Program Manager to lead and drive key initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and D2C growth. The ideal candidate combines operational acumen with strategic thinking, is comfortable managing cross-functional programs, and thrives in a data-driven, fast-scaling ecosystem. Youll be responsible for ensuring execution excellence, optimizing processes, and managing a small team to deliver on key business goals.Key Responsibilities Lead Program Execution: Oversee multiple strategic and operational programs across Manufacturing, SCM, Logistics, Product, and D2C functions. Drive D2C Growth: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to improve fulfillment, delivery speed, and customer experience for direct-to-consumer channels. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of Associate Program Managers and Analysts to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams to drive execution at scale. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze performance metrics, operational data, and dashboards to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders - including vendors, logistics partners, and leadership - to ensure timely delivery of goals. Program Governance: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report progress to leadership through structured reviews and presentations. Continuous Improvement: Champion automation, tool adoption, and process innovation across the operations ecosystem. Special Projects: Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities such as new product launches, process revamps, or capacity Education: B.Tech required; MBA preferred Experience: 47 years in operations, program/project management, supply chain, manufacturing, or D2C businesses Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a high-growth environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar) Experience with ERP systems, IT tools, or automation initiatives is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes under tight timelinesIdeal Candidate Profile Strategic operator with strong execution discipline High ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguity Adept at using data to drive insights and business decisions Comfortable managing cross-functional teams and aligning them toward a common goal Prior experience in consumer electronics, D2C, or tech-driven supply chain is a strong plus Entrepreneurial, energetic, and obsessed with customer experience(ref:iimjobs.com)
