该职位来源于猎聘 Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Realty team to oversee Capex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Analyze and optimize real estate investment decisions, including store expansions, renovations, and lease management.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, cost control, and ROI evaluation.Develop and maintain financial models to track Capex performance, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.Drive process improvements in financial planning, reporting, and compliance for real estate projects.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, Operations, Accounting) to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.Leverage digital tools (SQL, Python, BI tools) to enhance data analysis and reporting efficiency (preferred). Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with exposure to Capex management, real estate finance, or FP&A preferredStrong business partnering skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.High learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
