BPS Operations Manager Lead and oversee daily BPS operations covering Order Processing, Social Media Engagement, and Feedback Management. Ensure service excellence, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and continuous improvement.Willing to be assigned onsiteCan start ASAPEssential Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations and ensure SLA compliance.Handle escalations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and accuracy.Lead, coach, and develop the BPS team to build a high-performing culture.Track KPIs and provide insights to management for data-driven decisions.Uphold brand standards in customer engagement and feedback resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.5+ years’ experience in operations management (BPO, service desk, or e-commerce preferred).Strong leadership, analytical, and process improvement skills.Familiar with order processing, social media, and feedback tools.Agile and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
