Senior Project Manager – Group Data InitiativesPermanent | Hybrid (Head Office + Remote)Location: (Madrid, London, Lausanne, Amsterdam or Paris)Industry: Financial Services / BrokingWe are seeking a highly capable and structured Senior Project Manager to join our Head Office and lead a portfolio of complex, interrelated data initiatives at the Group level. This permanent, hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic transformation within a leading financial broking firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects spanning data platform architecture, data governance frameworks, and enterprise data management processes.

Operating at the heart of the organisation’s data strategy, you will coordinate across regional project managers, cross-functional teams, and senior executive stakeholders to ensure timely, aligned, and value-driven execution. Essential Experience and SkillsMinimum 10 years of project/program management with at least 3 years in Senior Leadership roleDemonstrated success in data-centric projectsExperience working within matrix and/or decentralized organizational structuresStrong organizational and executive communication skills — both verbal and written — with a track record of influencing senior stakeholdersProven ability to develop and present executive dashboards and reporting packsFamiliarity with data governance and cataloging tools (e. g.

, Collibra, Alation), and cloud-based data platforms (e. g.
