Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Design and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead contract lifecycle management including drafting, evaluation, renewal, and compliance monitoring. Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel to monitor procurement KPIs, vendor performance, savings, and lead times. Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and risk assessments to support strategic decisions. Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify inefficiencies, risks, or cost-saving opportunities. Oversee procurement policy compliance and support internal and external audits. Guide team members on data-driven procurement decisions and process improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Support ERP/procurement system enhancements and automation initiatives. Mentor junior procurement staff to build analytical and contractual expertise. Safeguarding Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment. Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university, preferably in Engineering/Supply Chain/Business Administration/Finance/Operations Management. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management. Proven experience in Power BI/dashboarding, analytics, and report automation. Experience in the textile, fashion retail, or manufacturing sector will be an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Procurement analytics, strategic sourcing, and category management. Contract drafting, negotiation, and legal compliance. Power BI, MS Excel (advanced), and ERP/Procurement systems.
