Job Description

职位来源于实习僧。※岗位职责 1、负责假肢用户系统信息维护，包括收集录入，新增，补充等 2、负责用户群运营，不定期用户训练视频、照片，并上传用户系统 3、定期收集合作方机构产品使用问题，并反馈至研发，协助产品优化 4、负责售后回访，通过问卷、电话等了解用户产品使用问题，协助用户解决问题，并将问题收集反馈至研发，协助产品优化 ※任职要求 1、大专及以上学历，熟悉使用电脑、office等办公软件 2、具备细心、耐心、同理心，有一定的抗压能力 3、责任感强，逻辑思维能力强，沟通能力好职位薪资：120-150/天想要了解更多，可以访问公司官网：https://www.brainco.cn/#/
