Job Description

Company Background: -- The company was a part of Top chemical company, acquired by a Chinese listed company in 2021. Now the company is operating independently.-- Company Size: ~200 people including 40~50 people outside China Mainland.Scope: -- Overall Management, including sales/ R&D/ manufacturing/ Supply Chain/ HR, Finance, etc.-- P&L ownerRequirements:-- Strong leadership: very familiar with both MNC culture and Chinese private company culture.-- Technical Driven: Specialty chemical experience is preferred.-- Sales management background or Finance background are preferred.
