You will develop and execute growth strategies and ensure the company maintains and expands its leading market position. This role requires hands-on involvement, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to inspire and empower teams at all levels. Key Responsibilities· Strategic Leadership: Create and implement innovative growth strategies that align with market trends and deliver sustainable results.· Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team while ensuring the organization has the skills needed to achieve its objectives.· Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery across all areas of the business.· Sales Strategy: Establish a direct sales model, manage nationwide distributor relationships, and optimize sales processes to maximize performance.· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments within the company to ensure alignment on goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will have:· A proven track record of successfully growing businesses during periods of rapid expansion.· Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans while scaling operations organically.· Exceptional business acumen with the ability to define clear strategies, identify industry trends, and capitalize on market opportunities.· Expertise in selling building materials, along with strong connections to local design institutes, landscape architects, and property developers in China.· Outstanding communication skills in both Chinese and English.
