This is a ticket-based, on-call role ideal for experienced field engineers who are available during business hours and can provide reliable on-site support when tickets are assigned.
Key responsibilities* Manage desktop hardware, software, and connectivity incidents* Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix tasks* Provide support for laptops and desktops across their full lifecycle* Install standard OS, office applications, and security tools* Use remote tools for patching, updates, and configuration* Monitor and address antivirus/security compliance* Deliver VIP support and serve as on-site contact when required* Ensure appropriate desktop imaging and asset tracking* Analyse service desk incidents and recommend improvementsRequired experience* Proven experience with Active Directory* Proficient in using ticketing tools* Familiar with asset management practices* Hands-on with Microsoft SCCM* Fluent in basic English * Must have your own laptop, console cable, and Ethernet cableProject details👤 Client:
