Brainsome is looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our team in Cyprus. Main duties & responsibilities: Handling corporate matters and company secretarial support in multiple jurisdictions Maintaining and updating corporate records, registers, and internal databases in accordance with regulatory requirementsSupporting corporate restructuring, incorporations, liquidations, and share transfersCoordinating and monitoring timely filing of statutory forms and annual returns with relevant authorities (e. g.
, Registrar of Companies)Collecting and reviewing KYC documentation and conducting due diligence for new and existing partners, in line with AML regulationsFacilitating bank account openings, preparing relevant documentation, liaising with banks for KYC updates and operational mattersDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate documents (M&As, Board and Shareholder Resolutions, PoAs, NDAs, DPAs, service agreements, etc.
)Liaising with external legal advisors, service providers, and regulatory bodies as neededSupporting compliance with DAC6, FATCA/CRS, and other international reporting obligationsPerforming general administrative tasks, coordinating signatures, notarizations, and apostillesHandling trademark registration, renewals, and correspondence with intellectual property offices or external agentsProviding support in debt recovery, including communication with bad creditors, payment follow-ups, and liaising with liquidators or EMIs under liquidationUndertaking any other administrative or corporate duties reasonably required by the legal, finance, or executive teamQualifications & Requirements:
Ideally educated to degree level in Law, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in a similar corporate administration or legal support roleSolid knowledge of corporate governance procedures and AML/KYC requirementsFamiliarity with GDPR and data protection frameworksComfortable supporting compliance with DAC6, FATCA/CRS, and similar regulatory requirementsFluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken – Russian will be considered an advantageStrong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work collaboratively in a team, while also managing tasks independentlyComfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines, and prioritizing effectivelyWhat's in it for you:
