Job Description: Monitoring and analyzing SeaBank's Branch business development & sales performanceMonitoring sales quality assurance, business standards & supportChecking the accuracy and ensuring internal & external reports related to branch business with other relevant teamImplementing, evaluate and monitor quality assessment plan of marketing processes of branch KPIs, business strategy, sales and performancesPerform documentation and administration related to all procedures and provisions at the branch officeRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in any majorAt least 2 (two) years experience in branch quality assurance/branch support/sales marketing or relevant positionExperience in managing small team would be a plusFamiliar with business processes in the banking industryFamiliar to analyze financial reports & able to communicate in English written and verbal
