This leadership role ensures that sales targets are achieved, stock levels are efficiently managed, and customer satisfaction remains consistently high.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all branch operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing and sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Supervise and train sales teams to ensure excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.Manage vehicle procurement, stocking, and quality inspection processes to maintain Carfit’s “flood-free, crash-free” standards.Monitor financial performance, prepare sales reports, and ensure target achievement.Coordinate with head office and other branches for pricing, logistics, and promotional activities.Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, or a similar role.Proven leadership and people management skills.Strong understanding of automotive market trends and used car operations in Indonesia.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Integrity-driven with a commitment to quality and transparency.Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities within the Bobil Group network.Supportive and dynamic work environment.Opportunity to lead a high-performing team in one of Indonesia’s fastest-growing automotive brands.
