It provides a wide array of financial services and products across various business areas, including Business Finance, Auto Finance, Consumer Loans, Gold Loans, Loans for urban self-employed individuals, and loans for rural livelihood advancement and financing of various rural micro enterprises. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will be based in Kollam and Trivandrum , with some work from home acceptable. The daily tasks include overseeing branch operations, managing staff, driving business goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and developing growth strategies for various financial products and services. Qualifications Experience in managing financial services, specifically in Business Finance, Auto Finance, and Consumer LoansStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesKnowledge of regulatory compliance and financial regulationsProficiency in creating and implementing growth strategiesAbility to work both in-office and remotely as neededBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a managerial role in the financial sector is preferred
