Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Faisalabad. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role includes developing and implementing business strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Branch Manager will also be involved in budgeting, reporting, and promoting the company's services. Effective communication with staff and customers, along with strong leadership, is key to this role. Qualifications Experience in managing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and ensuring excellent customer serviceStrong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targetsAbility to develop and implement effective business strategies and maintain customer relationshipsExcellent communication, leadership, and team management skillsProficiency in budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policiesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
