Job Description
Primary ObjectiveManage a retail branch that caters to all retail and commercial market segments offering a wide range of products and services in a high growth area Provide leadership and management to the branch sales and operations teams to deliver the annual sales, growth targets, branch MOP/PBT Responsible for all loans/financing, wealth, bancassurance, deposit products and capital market products, particularly investment productsStrategy and Planning Develop, implement and manage the branch sales and operations plan to achieve the branch targetSales Management Set, review and communicate sales targets to all levels of staff across the branch Review weekly sales targets/activities and identify the need for coaching and direction to ensure targets are met Maintain awareness of competitor activity and industry best practices Ensure cross selling (consumer to SME and vice versa) and deep selling (customer PHR) and product neutral selling (between conventional and Islamic products) Approve quality credits as per approving matrix Develop and maintain network of business contacts with Affluent/HNI and SME customersPeople Management Promote the core values of the Bank Empowered to hire, propose promotion and termination of staff, propose salary increment and adjustment for staff as per HR approving matrix To adequately train and develop branch staffCustomer Service Management Ensure clear customer focus high customer service standard, in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank Resolve customers’ complaints and attend to requests in a timely mannerCompliance Ensure no adverse reports on the Branch audit findings Ensure compliance of olicies and procedures set by the Bank
