ObjectiveStrategically support Regional Manager in expanding business profitability in an efficient manner:- Manage agency, RHB Group, Brokers and Direct portfolio to maximize productivity,Prudent underwriter in acceptance of new risks as according to branch limits given by HO.Handling and settling clams within branch authority.Expand new market share,Arranging survey and risks management for corporate clients.Identify market opportunities and develop structural marketing strategies, Review product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesFormulate and implement marketing strategy to maximize business potentials through Agency channelEnhance Agency Recruitment ProgrammeOrganize Relationship Enhancement activitiesAgency portfolio segmentationReview product portfolioMonitor Credit Control policyManage Branch OperationOversee Sales Performance of UnitManpower planning for Agency unitEnsuring Regulatory Guidelines and Company Policy are being adhered toRequirementsBachelor Degree in any disciplineRelevant professional qualification in insurance (preferred)Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Insurance industry
