Always close to the customer with a comprehensive service portfolio and strong quality awareness: whether on water, on land and in the air in the business segment "Air + Ocean" or in the logistics network of the business segment "Solutions". We are a part of Logwin AG Group which is listed on the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and whose majority shareholder is DELTON Logistics S.á r.l.. We are currently looking for a professional in the logistics industry to join our team in Bucharest, as a   BRANCH MANAGER (shipping services) As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for: Analyzing market requirements and adapting sales strategies to maximize growth opportunities Lead the forwarding operational team to provide customized solutions and meet the specific needs of customers in the logistics and transport sector;Actively selling ocean and air freight forwarding services and building long-term partnerships with customers Report regularly to Country Manager on sales progress, performance and market trends.   What makes you special for us: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry (sea and air) Proven client acquisition and business development skillsProven experience leading teams in a logistics, freight forwardingExperience managing P&L, budgeting, and financial performance for a branch or region.Ability to negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, customers, and agents.Understanding of pricing strategies, cost optimization, and yield management.Very good command of the English language (minimum B2) and Romanian languageWell-versed in all standard MS-Office applications Readiness to travel  What you benefit from: Our Logwin Spirit comes first, because logistics is made by people.
