Role Description This is a full-time on-site role .The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, training sales staff, and contributing to the growth and profitability of the branch. Qualifications Sales Management and Team Leadership skillsExperience in developing and implementing sales strategiesStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze sales performance data and make informed decisionsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the foam or mattress industry is a plus4 years of relevant experience, out of which 2 in a senior sales position experience working on odoo system is a plus
