This position provides exposure to international markets and opportunities for growth, while working with dedicated golf enthusiasts and professionals.主な業務内容:- ブランドコミュニケーション計画を策定し、PR、メディアプランニング、デジタルコンテンツに焦点を当てて実行。- 日本と米国のチームと協力し、グローバルなガイドラインに基づいてブランドの存在感を強化。- ウェブサイト、ソーシャルメディア、YouTubeなどの自社メディアプラットフォームを管理。- ゴルフ専門メディアを対象としたPR活動を主導し、広告代理店やメディアとの関係を管理。- イベントやその他のチャネルからのデータを活用してブランドロイヤルティを構築。- ブランドコミュニケーションチームを指導し、戦略的目標を達成。応募資格:- デジタルコミュニケーションとメディアプランニングに重点を置いたブランド管理での5年以上の経験。- ブランドコミュニケーションチームを指導するための強力なリーダーシップスキル。- グローバルおよびローカルチームと連携し、優れたコミュニケーション能力。- スポーツ業界、特にゴルフに関する知識があることが望ましい。- マーケティング、コミュニケーション、またはビジネスの学士号。- ビジネスレベルの英語とネイティブレベルの日本語に堪能。
